Yeah man, no complaints from me. We've also had the chance to purchase Melange #1 & #3 as well as Imperial Or Xata. While not limited, some Beret were purchased for myself too.

 

For PS, If I have a trustee, can he pickup Q1 and Q2 at the beginning of Q2? And then Q3/Q4 at the beginning of Q4? So basically only have them ship to me twice a year. The wording wasn't quite specific.

Does this change for RS/HS? Do you have more time to collect your bottles or is it still quarterly? It Looks like you have until March 31st 2016 this year if you're in RS.

And on that note anyone want to trustee for me? I will send labels for every shipment and send 2 "Thank You" boxes each year($30-50 value per box).

 

If you're PS, then picking up semi-annually shouldn't be a problem. This is pretty much what my trustee does. Although, I've never seen a time frame in writing about PS pickup windows.

RS/HS have 15 months from the start of the new year's membership to pickup the allocations they purchased. So, beginning January 1st 2016 you have until the end of March 2017 to pickup all beers purchased during the 2016 calendar year.

How many PS members live near the Bruery and make stops a couple times a month? I would imagine most people who live close are RS members lol

 

Anyone know what's in the Q3 box? I thought they usually announce at least one or two bottles by now.

 

Oude Tart w/ Boysenberries has been confirmed so far. The other two should be White Chocolate and either Arrrggghhh! or TrIPLe, as mentioned a few posts up.

 

Checking-in to clear a couple things up. If I were to sign up this moment, I would be signing up for the Q3 beers, correct (Oude Tart w/ Boysenberries, White Chocolate, + )?! I assume this is correct and so...what would the cut-off date be I'd need to be signed up by to receive said beers? October 1st? Before?

Also, at what juncture do I enter in my Trustee's name and how to identify him when he picks up my beers? I'm guessing this is a pretty simple task with so many needing trustees, but I'm curious nonetheless.

Pretty easy for trustee you can enter it after you purchase ion your account info page. All they have to do is show id and mention who they are picking up for. I believe you have until they either sell out for the quarter or when they do the payment processing.

 

Just curious, I signed up for preservation earlier this month in plans of converting to RS on Aug 31. Has anyone received an email about how this works. Is it just available online in the store at 12:01am on August 31 if you are logged in?
