Poll: How much beer do you drink in a week?

I would get burned out pretty quick if I drank that much in a week. For me (someone that rarely has more than 6 in a week) beer is sort of a reward and something to be savored.

 

Monday-Thursday 2-4, Friday-sunday 2 ta who can remember.

I guess typically 1-6. Some weeks I have a beer after work every night, some weeks I don't have a beer. Every once and a while I will have multiple on the weekend if I am at an event.

 

I've been experimenting with drinking schedule. Everywhere from none through the week and hit it come Friday to pepper some through the week. The latter was due to the former getting too silly with lots of beer traffic jams on the counter and trying to reduce the numbers since I don't adjust my buying downward any due to limited days of drinking. BUT, as fall approaches I will likely drop two or three days out of the rotation as gym days start heating up and early rise back to 6:00 AM hockey for the son comes back up through the week. So boils down to maybe Monday because, well, Monday and weekends otherwise.

So change my poll number come fall to 2 on Monday, 2 on Friday, 3 - 6 on Saturday and 3 -4 on Sunday. What's that high end, maybe 14? I guess I can deal with that.

 

1-3 around on workdays sometimes way more honestly. Im glad i work afternoon- late nights sometimes haha
Weekend is anywhere from 4+ but i won't drink my great beers all at once. I still like certain macro lol.

I'm going to Weight Watchers now and a big part of my problem was beer calories. I'm trying to keep myself to 1 - 3 per week, depending on whether any of them are bombers or not. HOWEVER - I have found that when I have beer during the week, my weight loss is greater than on weeks when I don't drink. That's probably because I am paying closer attention to what I put into my face and tracking more carefully to allow myself the leeway, but I prefer to think the alcohol is melting away the fat. That's my theory and I'm sticking to it, shut up.

 

i probably end up having between 6-12 but over 2 days with the lion's share coming on Saturday where I generally have a beer with lunch, then a couple between lunch and happy hour/dinner and then a couple at HH/dinner and maybe 1 nightcap...

 

I taste probably 30+ beers a week, but just because I open a beer doesn't mean I drink it all.

 

About 50 to a hundred dollars worth.

 

This is an assessment to get the entire website into treatment.

 

At this point 82.3% of advocates have 3 or less beers per day . Not buying that for a second...denial has reared it's ugly head all over this thread

 

I probably pass that total Friday-Sunday.

 

only on a weekend, never more 2 successive days, never more than 1 beer, but usually that should count as 2 because it's strong type of beers. so total 4 beers in a week, so to make the best of it, i always drink quality beers that are affordable...

 

We're just kids having fun. We can stop any time we want. Seriously, without knowing everyone's situation, I think by and large BA's are intelligent grown ups that have a handle on things. We need to admit the alcohol is a very big reason why we like beer so much and there's nothing wrong with that in and of itself.

 

So homebrew DOESN'T count, right...?

 

Depends what I have in the fridge and want to try. 5-10 during the week. Saturday 2-3. Sunday is reserved for bourbon unless there's day drinking.

 

I do a craft and a Sam Light or Mich Ultra daily. Weekends? depends, usually 3-8 crafts and 12-15 lighter options.

 

I'm taking that quote on your behalf straight to Jenny Craig right this instant. Huge sales pitch should be based around alcohol fat burning LOL

 

2 Beers a day Monday-Thursday.
3 Beers Friday- Sunday.

I have to drink down my Supply, but I keep buying more..
