Hm. On the app I hit get ticket. Then it asked for quantity and my fingerprint. Then done. My wife was doing it via the website and it took her a couple of minutes

Bottle Logic is bottling their Arizona Wilderness collab Passionate Dragon.


I wonder if it'll be a shit show again. Heard they are thinking of online sales and half on site sales. Could be good. But that beer itself has been so polarizing for me. First time I had it was awesome. Second time was terrible. Third was a bit better.

 

Fairly certain it will be a shitshow as its the first release from BL since FO, and the hype train is strong in this one. Although it seems every bottle release is a shitshow this day in age

I can't picture people going gaga over the Passionate Dragon as they did for Fundamental. Are there really people foaming at the mouth to get their hands on it?

 

Dont remember being a huge fan of Passionate Dragon when I had it at Shelton last year.

There is a 6 year aged Barleywine at Pizza Port San Clemente on right now. Bantha Poodoo (tapped for their Star Wars theme party this past Saturday.). It is freaking incredible, brewed by Noah, their head brewer who left ages ago.

Seriously, if anyone is south county run down here before it's gone. Not often you get to drink a beer that's almost as old as Obamas presidency.

I'll be doing this at the start of the Raised Eyebrows release party on Sunday. While espresso supplies last. Hammered Satin with chilled espresso on nitro. Really tasty.

 

Anyone have any idea what's being poured at the release party?

Had some of this last night. I highly recommend getting some. I was under the impression this was just a BBA version of Way Heavy, their Scotch Ale though.

 

I've seen the Omnipollo IPA land at Stearns before. Which ones you looking for? I can look up the labels and pass along if I've seen them around.
