Not quite a new brewery at this point, but went by Baere last night. I'd recommend everyone go and try the Frambruin (Framboise x Oud Bruin) they have on tap. It's pretty spectacular. Super tart.

Not exactly new, but I saw Black Project has a release coming up. Anyone have anything from them? What's the word on the streets? Worth waiting in line for?

What does everyone think about Zephyr? I've read some pretty bad reviews that I don't think necessarily match the quality of the beer. I liked the wit, the Scottish ale, and the quad. The quad wasn't as good as River North's, but I don't understand all the hate. My biggest complaint was about how much stuff was out of stock when we were there--food, stickers, and shirts.

Oh dear. I think the popular opinion speaks for itself.

Just got back from Factotum. Nice small space. Beers are worth a try, didn't have anything "off". I think they are striving for a community involved brewery, which is fine. It's a baseball throw from Diebolt

I just walked by Great Frontier in Lakewood. They are having their grand open today.

I didn't get a chance to try anything, just a heads up.

The wit is quite good. I've been there twice and they've been out of the Scottish ale both times.

But the thing is that area is so dense with breweries they don't do anything to separate themselves from the pack so really, why go? If I was in the area i'd rather go to River North, Crooked Stave, Ratio, Great Divide, Mockery

Heard River North is having to close because their location is being developed...also heard they're selling equipment...sort of interesting.

This rumor came up a little bit ago...and it has truth to it. I think they're going to relocate due to landowner wanting other tenants, or rezoning, or it's a meteor target....something. IF moving, may as well get bigger equipment, too...

Not too many breweries get a second chance at building their brewery. Especially under unusual circumstances that they have no control over.

Perhaps a blessing in disguise? I dunno.

I just hit up the new Avery facility and agree with everything that has been said about it. Great place, amazing selection, and more space for the tasting room would definitely benefit them. Place was packed inside and out in the middle of the day of a work week, I can only imagine what the spot will be like once it gets too cold too sit outside. It is definitely a must visit for anyone who will be in the Boulder area.

Also, I tried their Anniversary 22....my favorite thing I have tried from them not named Tweak. Loved it.

Did you go upstairs to the bar inside the restaurant portion? I found the main tap room to be quite crowded, but the upstairs bar was almost empty with the same lineup.

Deep Draft Brewing on 17th and Franklin is open. Stopped by there on Friday and had the full flight. Tasted like they needed more time to adjust to making large batches. Also clear growlers which is like, come on.

Under the (my anyway) radar it seems a new one has opened near Sante Fe and Hampden. Dead Hippie Brewing. Not sure if its completely open but there are reviews from yesterday.
