The OC/LA release thread.

It's out. I just left. Hammered satin is back out. I got the last two ounces of raised eyebrows.

 

I almost feel like we need locked threads so stuff dosnt get hyped so much no one who has been waiting for it for awhile gets shafted.

 

@whiskey Not saying to not post about local only stuff (see below for a great release btw) just the stuff thats been BPT has been blown up with proxys and people finding out. Ive myself been shafted from people out of area on local releases on BPT with proxies. I wish breweries would wise up, but until then was just a thought about limited shafting on BPT with proxy sales.

 

Anyways, Ladyface has finally bottled. 40 cases of each inaugural beer next month on the 20th. VIP event info and bottle photos below:

See above. Again not what I am griping with. Just been seeing a trend with BPT that allow proxies blowing up through BA.

Either way, I don't mind that BPT events get posted here well in advance. A little heads up is nice and it's BPT, the odds are ever in your F5 speed's favor.

 

You must have better internet than me, ive gone through F5 finger rage with nothing to show for it.

But yeah VIP access gets 2 bottles (your choice) and first shot at buying any extras. Ill be there with my (newly engaged) Fiancee.

Was waiting to see if Ladyface wanted to have that honor, but they never got back to me. which is unusually as Cyrena is normally pretty quick in replying.

 

The only thing I've been assed out on have been Velvet - but let's be real, that was a fucking Willy Wonka golden ticket sort of event anyway and when I was using my phone in Vegas to try for Berry Bewitching.

Yeah. Hard to pass up that deal for Lady Face.

 

Also, don't even bother dropping hints and vague clues as to a bottle release but not producing the link. After you've got yours, it seems pretty rude to even talk about it if you're not going to share the info.

 

Trébuchet is amazing btw. Flemish is new. Dérailleur is one of their older beers and very tasty.

 

Word, too far for me too. Was there a pick up window posted?. Didn't see one on the site.

 

From my understanding, they might be willing to hold your bottles for a week.

I know, basically my favorite beer they make, aside from maybe my love of their triple. Its typically on tap around the Holidays. I tend to always fill up both my growlers with it.
