I hate beer chasing. I don't know why I even try. So many good beers that aren't nearly as expensive that I've never had.

I also think we've sort of done away with the 'gatekeeper' thing. It still is recommended that you read some thread history and it is tradition to enter the group with a LIF, but neither are required.

 

Until people stop talking about gatekeepers and entry LIFs they will still be 'required' by the group. It's a silly tradition that needs to stop.

i think its funny...the oxymoron-like quality of having a gatekeeper in a wide open forum. its been a running joke, and if people dont realize that, then thats on them. entry lifs are also not a requirement at all. its usually asked, though, that people introduce themselves, and after seeing the generosity that has run through the group, chose to run one themselves.

 

Guys can I just keep the box. I'm embarrassed to drop this off to my FedEx location
