So last week I mentioned in another place how jelly I was of the FBS mug that someone was drinking out of. Well, because of that innocuous comment, Jeremy decided I needed one. And in true SWTFYW fashion, he had to send some brews with it. Here's the pron:

I really just need to get it started. So far I've been waiting for a day I can make it to a Philadelphia landmark, but I think if I just get the at-home parts done first I'll get that done faster so I can finish it off.

 

So I was thinking of doing a doing a somewhat weird variation of a fantasy football league where Myself and 7 others just draft teams and whoever has the most collective wins at the end of the regular season wins. Any of you interested in that? I'd do all the bookkeeping.

If 8 people want in, we would all just draft 4 teams in a normal snake draft motion. Maybe 100+oz's or a 6 bottle shipper each to the winner(s)?

2nd place 200oz

So on the topic of the 10/17 tasting.........I would love to have anyone here that can make it attend. Invite goes out to LOCALS as well. I just need to know if you are coming so I can plan for food. For example if @Houser is going to make it, I will make sure I have an extra Old Ale chillin for him, if @LehighAce06 can make it, I will make sure I have extra chili and Lime-R-Ritas chillin........... if @Clarkson can make it......I will have a Black Tuesday available and hide all of my girls Barbies......If any of the FIBS can make it, I'm hiding all of my DAMN Sunny Side Up! .......etc.

Awesome. Glad to help! I can't wait for this year's caution, but that one from last year is drinking pretty well. We opened one two weeks ago.

We do our pumpkin tasting out here in November. The year before wasn't bad, but Last year we had WAY too many bottles, like over 100 or something. Didn't even get through them all. This year we decided to go for quality and stuff we never had over quantity. haha We shall see how it goes! Always a fun time with pumpkin themed food and dessert too.

 

Sure you don't wanna move it to the 18th?? What if I come?!

 

I talked with the Brewery on the phone because their website was having issues. They did say that they occasionally do fill growlers from nitro if clients beg...........and I would! As @PA-Michigander pointed out....the plan would be to go there the day of the share. The Fall Saints came as part of my football winnings and the Tequilla Pumpkin came as an extra from @dust_bunny I believe in a trade.

Want to have it on the 17th so the potential hangover doesn't hamper anyone at work! Now if you come................and I'm sure we could find space somewhere.............I wouldn't shave for a week, get a couple of good stogies, ensure everyone that it is indeed NOT BIGFOOT or a homeless man without a razor at my front door, and open my only VR! Would that work?
