Does anyone know where I can almost definitely get a sixtel of head hunter in the Cleveland area?

Fat Heads in Middleburg or Rozi's should be able to hook you up.

Royal Park or get it from the source at the Tap House in Middleburg Heights!

Soo since I won't be driving to Athens today, does anyone know where I could score a growler of some Bohdi around dayton or lancaster?

As hop fro has hit town, I had one from a bottle last night (9/8 batch). Not sure what happened when I had it on draft back in July but this was much much better. Huge tropical fruit.

I was told at the brewery when Hop Fro first came out that they were unhappy with it and tweaking it... Perhaps they tweaked the production batch or adjusted prior to brewing on that scale. I will have to try it again next time I am at FH to see if I like it more now.

Good to hear, I heard they were tweaking it when it first was released. I was passing on bottles because I didn't care for the first batch. Might have to pick up a bottle.

Hop Fro is twice as good as when it first came out, but I haven't tried the bottled iteration yet.

It would appear that Clear Sky Daybreak is getting a bit of distributed, as Gentile's just tweeted they had some bottles.

Looks like Fat Head's tapped a new experiment DIPA today at the Great Northern location.

    Per the menu:

"Brewed with new, trial hop varieties. That is 5 pounds of hops per barrel that showcase tropical hop flavors with notes of pine" - 9.3% ABV, 100 IBU.

Yeah I didn't enjoy the draft Hop Fro I had at N Olmsted (can't recall time frame) but I grabbed bottles anyways because why not. It's drinking great IMO, can't get enough of it.

Not sure if mentioned above but Clear Sky Day Break and Coco Joy are still available to go at WR. No limit.

Is Gravedigger Billy worth the purchase at its price point?

Hey Cleveland BAs! I'm in town for the weekend and wondering if there is anything I should be looking out for other than the usual suspects and Hop Fro. Can't wait to get into some of the best IPAs in the country!

    To put it simply.. Yes!
Gravedigger Billy is one of my most anticipated yearly releases. If you enjoy Scotch Ales whatsoever, this is one to seek out. The bourbon barrel aging is truly legit as well; not too weak to not notice, and not overpowering- plus it's done in Woodford Reserve barrels, my go-to bourbon.
As far as price point goes, I believe it's not overpriced at all. I just picked one up for $16.. a steal for a high quality brew which was aged in the barrels for 11 months. Most breweries would price point a similar beer for $20 or more.

    Go for it!
