    Easily Founders for me.

Double Trouble, IS, FBS, KBS, CBS, CBH, Centennial, Curmudgeon, Backwoods, Red's...etc.

    They have an outstanding history/lineup.

Sierra Nevada was the first thing that popped into my brain, but I'm going to just ignore that and say Southern Tier. I could live off of Pumking and Gemini alone, and have never been disappointed by a single beer of theirs. And I've tried just about all of 'em.

Really hard one. But, I feel pretty comfortable picking Central Waters for this one.

Hard to say. FFF and Sierra Nevada immediately comes to mind, but I'll go for SN. Very good beers that cover a variety of styles that I enjoy. Also their Celebration ale is magnificent.

Founders - haven't gone through all the posts, but I'm surprised Stone doesn't have more of a presence here.

if stuck in the state of Maine for the rest of my life, I'd go with Maine Beer Company, but if able to choose the state I'd live in - it would be Michigan, hence Founders (Michigan is actually home for me anyways).

If you think about it, how could you not go with HF unless you wanted a super cheap brewery or you haven't had anything by them? When I want a pale it's hard not to go with something like What is Enlightenment or Edward. When I want a DIPA Abner is a close 2nd behind HT for me, and I'll be trying Ephraim next month (can't wait). His saisons/wild ales/funky stuff is all awesome from what I've had/general consensus. Everett is an amazing standard porter, and Damon and others I'm sure are incredible. That's all I'd need.

Gotta go with Founders as well. Too many good beers to pass up on. Don't think I could go without FBS....

the only thing they lack in their portfolio that I would like to see is a big ass barleywine.
small, drinkable pales, big hoppy monsters, the best porter made, barrel aging done to perfection, plenty of creativity, an always expanding line-up (the OP mentioned we could drink anything they ever made), and the saisons...

if they made a big barleywine or old ale, I'd be a happy man. (broke, but happy)

Yeah, I'd need to start earning some serious cash. And yup, that's the only thing they're missing. But when you have all the other stuff I wouldn't even really miss a barleywine much.

New Glarus was the only thing that popped into my head so that is it for me. I would miss Two Hearted but I would miss Moon Man, black top, rasberrty tart, iipa, wisconsin belgian red, cranbic and cherry stout a lot more!

I'm sure somebody in this thread said it before me (we know it's said at least once a week here), but it is a game changer: buying Cantillon/3F in Belgium and buying in the US are entirely different animals.

I'll take "Forever Brewery" for 1000, Alex.

"What is Drie Fonteinen?" (HF is comes in second, Cantillon third, FFF fourth)

    Stouts - Check
    Barleywine - Check
Shitty hot weather crap - Check (312)
    IPA - Check, servicable
Sours - Check (3 sisters are good, not exceptional)

True sour shops rarely kill it out BA stouts, so I had to compromise this way.

Having said that, considering Mimosa, Bierre De Norma, and Damon in addition to all the awesome saisons and IPA varients, Hill Farmstead is one barleywine/old ale away from being my choice.

Founders. They may not have sours, but I've never had anything less that stellar from them. Well maybe FMB wasn't my cup of tea, but they are awesome!
