This may be only locally distributed, if so this should probably be posted in the GL forum.

Today, at Costco, I saw a GI Brewmaster's Collection mixed-24 with Pepe Nero, Sofie, Matilda, Pere Jacques, Shred the Gnar (Imperial Rye IPA), and one other beer that escapes me. The price was $56.99 for the case.

Has anyone else seen this? Any thoughts on the Imperial Rye?

The Illinois is a nice DIPA. Based on that I would be interested in Shred the Gnar by itself. Pepe Nero, Sofie and Matilda do nothing for me so I would not contemplate purchasing the case.

Decent price, and never seen the Gnar brew that I can recall, but worth a shot considering the brewer is solid. Pere Jacques, Matilda, and Sofie are all winners. Doubt the rye IPA would not be worthy of the attention the brewer has given to the others to be included in the case.

That shred the gnae sounds pretty cool. West coast rye ipa with lemongrass and cherry. Never seen it before but would defintlly go for it. Sounds like a pretty awesome case.

Too bad we can't buy beer at Costco in NJ, but I wonder if Total Wine will carry it.

I've never seen it but those are some great beers in a mixed case. I would not mind seeing other breweries do this.

As much as I'm conflicted about buying GI beers, this sounds great.

Almost certain this is local to Chicago only based on my nefarious sources.

The only thing keeping me from buying it is...well...it's a case. Based on what I already have in my fridge and storage, I'd finish it in about...2027.

I'll probably pick one up and pass some off to neighbors...

Just a heads up...the 6th beer is Rasselbock, which Is a Roggenbier.

Almost positive youre right. 60.00 is pretty decent for that many of those beers. & @nicholasofcusa mentions another DIPA, is that the Illinois? I didnt see that listed in the original post for the 24pk

I think so as well. I've never seen an option for wholesalers to order these cases in the pac nw. Sounds awesome though.

Get the case, let these sit around somewhere and age Pepe Nero, Sofie, Matilda and drink the others. Personally those three get a little more personality after hanging around in a dark corner and being ignored for a while

If Peres Jacques was in that case I'd be all over it. Still a solid lineup for the price/mix.
