    Was so excited to find a sixer of Bell's 30th this week, thought I had missed my chance. This is fabulous. Pitch black, ample sticky tan head. Aroma is dark roasted malts, chocolate, a hint of anise. The flavor is big chocolate, malt, and slight pine/spice hoppiness. Balanced nicely. Great mouthfeel, full bodied and clings slightly to the tongue. The finish is slight dry and sweet. My only slight critique - a tinge further on the sweet side than I'd prefer. A really well done imperial stout.
