    I have a Mexican cake from a few years ago. Had it fresh and the pepper was insane strong so I figured I'd age one to see if it settled down some. Was going to use that but I might open it and like or or no pepper at all. I also found a mango magnifico that I was considering but again not sure on the spice. I've never made chili with beer and don't ever use a chili " recipe" and just kind of throw stuff together and always comes out great IMO

    A little groggy this morning - it means that we Texans don't put sauce on BBQ. But we do have to keep some around for our Yankee friends, and it can't be that candy sweet crap.

    Got a few hours sleep last night before I went back to the vet this morning to visit for a few hours. Gonna go back in a little while but needed a break. He's not better, but he's not worse either. Sucks.

    I was able to score one extra can of BA Ten Fiddy that will obviously to a local. I'm going to wait to hear how @Kramerbarthomer Fares today and we will try to coordinate as best as possible. Most likely a LIF to come soon.

    Me: Hey babe, can I drive up to Longmont (2 hour round trip...) this morning to get some more beer?
    Wife: No.
    Me: How about if I take Mason (3 year old) ?
    Wife: No.
    Me: How about if I take Mason and Max (11 month old) and we go hiking and go have lunch and you have 5 hours free from kids?
    Wife: OK.



    @jawas @JNForsyth @UcDru @NickyPogs - You guys asked first (I think), and I can take care of all of you guys on the BA Ten Fidy front, assuming you're still interested. No more to spare on my end after that unless we see some in distro soon (which we might)... so I'll let @vitaminvert take care of anyone else who may be interested

    I'll shoot you guys a BM later after I go for a run and take a couple hour nap. Having kids is freaking exhausting.

    @Clarkson -- I'm not a big BBQ fan in general, but by far the best sauce I've had was sent to me by @UTvols05 during our Locals civil war...
