Sorry about your grandfather -- but why the hell are you a suckeyes fan when you have all those awesome New Hampshire teams to root for?

 

Couple Colorado guys are doing a BCBS tasting in December. All are Casey F&F members. If you happen to have a bottle you're looking to trade, let me know what it might take... Between us we can get as crazy as needed. Same goes for any of you going...

We now have a new beer, morning snow...last of both bottles, someone had to do it.

 

GF is out of town for the weekend. Did some house work and beer organizing now time to relax and drink.

Alright looks like I'll have to step up my share game tonight to hang with @Mipper and @Dave_Treat

 

Thanks @Mipper for having a bunch of us over. Unfortunately I had to leave early as I have to be up pretty early tomorrow, and since I had to leave early I didn't have a lot of beers (only 12 check ins, and most of those were ~1oz pours, a few I had more of). Standouts were Good Gourd (which I preferred quite a bit over almighty), Last Snow (even though I had it before), Snowed In, Caution contains real pumpkin, and surprisingly Rum Pumking. Morning Wood was good as well but IMO not quite near the level of Last Snow and Snowed In. Got to see some familiar faces (and sadly some that I've met before but don't recall meeting since it was over a year ago back when I was still getting into BA and shares... sorry @zekeman17 !!!) and met some new ones. Too many to tag everyone, but...

Too lazy to get a pic and upload right now but of course I can't show up to a share and walk away empty handed (damnit can't that happen just once?!?!?!). @Dave_Treat dropped a delicious sounding blueberry IPA on me that is already in the fridge and will probably wait until Tuesday (next Flyers game...) to crack, and @Tertullian007 (new handshake tick, great to meet you man) drops 3 bottles of Dark Apparition on me! Loved the one bottle I had of that so stoked to have received more. They may all get consumed, or some may end up in boxes, but I know one thing... at least one of them is definitely going down myself.

Thanks again @Mipper for the awesome hospitality, and for essentially opening up your cellar. I hope everyone still there continues to have an awesome time and many more great beers are being opened.

The Locals are quiet tonight. I'm gonna power through. I picked up a new 5 gallon growler the other day. Gotta clean my lines and have a few friends over soon
