Certain breweries do certain things better than others. Green Flash and Stone do great hoppy beers and other breweries have their own niche or style that they are better at or brew more than others. QUESTION is, of the breweries that you have sampled, which one do you think is the most varied, brewing good IPAS, stouts, old ales, etc. Of the breweries I have had, mine would be Dogfish Head. What a great variety to be had!!!!!

I will second this. DDC has brewed across a very wide variety of styles and the results among their 15-20 most well known beers are excellent IMO.

So many. Dozens I can think of. Most good breweries have a several stretch across a few or multiple styles. I favor the Brewers that have strong IPA and farms house lineups-- and augment w an occasional stout or two. RR was the original, HF , Trillium -- those are my faves.

Founders def. Wish they would jump into Belgians a little more, but their stouts, ipas, old ales, porter, everything is exceptional.

I would say Short's, but they are(and have been, for a while) riding the IPA train wayyy too hard, and any sour or anything other than pale-something seems to be only released at the brewery. I hate IPA's and waiting in lines, so take that for what it's worth.

So, in closing, I'll go with New Holland. I like that they age thier own beers in thier own barrels(I'm sure many other breweries/distilleries do this) It also doesn't hurt that they're local

I would like to say Stone, but absolutely no one buys it out here. You can't find anything but their dust collecting turds.
