1 pp is going to be an interesting discussion. While I'm all for the concept of no proxies and limits to avoid trading/selling, 1 pp is just not enough. If nothing else I pickup multiples for friends that cannot make the event (with the assumption they actually want them for non-trade/sale).

Ah, see I live in Georgia where we wouldn't dream of being able to get more than 2-3 bottles at a release. Most limits at retail are 1pp.

Options of 6 and 12 are very reasonable.

Where did you get that info? Makes sense though, they sell out instantly, why not up the price?

I think they meant one per-sale per person

Ignoring the service fee, it's $22 per bottle. Given how much fruit and time went into this, that doesn't seem especially unreasonable. Per ounce it's no more than the cost of just about any Cascade bottle on the shelves in NC right now, for one example.

Except for the problem that Cascade sours are actually sour and ready to drink out of the gate, and you dont have to sit on them for a year to get their 'peak wildness', and that Cascase is shipping from across the country to get here. If you are in OR Cascade is about $20 a bottle on the shelf or at the brewery. I think is math serves me, that means they should be $13 at the brewery for the same style in a 500mL bottle.

It's getting hard to not complain about these prices, $22 for a 500 ml bottle? Other breweries such as De Garde are putting out better beer at half those prices.

Edit: I'll still buy the bottles, I guess that's the problem.

The ABV is also a lot higher than the other releases.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but this time the bottle pickup for people who miss out on the pre-sale is Saturday instead of Sunday like the others? I've yet to be able to pick up any of the pre-sales but was always able to get some on the Sunday release fairly easily.

I had a glass and it was the best blueberry sour I've had by far.

There's NO blueberries in it.:astonished: It's made with boysenberries, raspberries, blackberries and cherries.

Yeah, I was really just trying to confirm the bottle sale for people this time around was on Saturday instead of Sunday like the previous 3 releases but it seems like they are. Makes it way easier for me to get up there on a Saturday instead of a Sunday.
