What beer are you drinking now? #1127

Still going. I'm drinking leftovers from last weekend. So awesome to watch MST3K with you. I laughed out loud more times than I expected. Now if you'll excuse me I'm going to eventually pass out so I can wake up and run, then come home and issue a special Hair of the Dog NBS post. I think.

 

Soon enough, boss. The long beans on the right ain't to shabby either. Got some red cabbage & bacon kimchi making to do tomorrow.

You guys don't have Busch out there?

I thought that was everywhere. Anyways it's fairly watery but not near as bad as Busch Light. Basic barley and grain, a bit of bite from carbonation, and a musky finish.

I've had it so much i can tell you that from the top of my head. It's not abysmal, but it is terrible.

 

I have to say this one is very interesting. Almost like a chocolate/coconut soda.

Actually, there is a there brewery in Williamsburg just one hour away but I do not recall seeing this beer on the shelf. But I have not looked for it but now I will. I am not surprised by your rating. It would aptly describe most of their products. Nonetheless, I will try this. Who knows maybe it may end up a great session beer, however, my money is not on it.

So I don't post beers I have already reviewed. I crushed my last 3 Lagunitas Born Yesterday's prior to moving to this Geman Munich Dunkel. Picked it up at a local grocery and I'm wondering if the freshness is an issue?

 

I tell people it's a Mounds beer.

 

My loss BA's...apparently missing out on the significant frivolity of the BA-scene...day/night....

been a day of sleep deprivation (4 hours)...work (5 hours) and house work (6 hours) and family time coupled with drinking time...(so, no BA time)

first post/last post...for tonight (will be back with Founders B-fast Stout and Bacon tomorrow AM)

I have not seen this in my area so I always vote like because I am jealous.

 

Calling this my nightcap for now. Spent a fun snow day on BA, with the weather being so conducive to staying in and my wife being out of town with the ladies it seemed like the right thing to do! Enjoyed the MST3K viewing - need to get up to speed with many of the other episodes.

 

Dude..Russian Imperials are my beer of choice this one was in a mix a six and i got all excited even though there were 3. Now someone needs to mess up and put Ten Fidy in that section
