This is two Vietnamese Speedway sightings in Eastern Ohio in the last 2 months (the other was at Hopping Frog). This gives me hope that kegs will be making their way to Western PA! Hopefully Randy's store can push a bunch and get a keg so I can drink myself silly.

Same here. Got a 20 year old last year despite having everything in my cart during that clusterfuck of a website crash.

PA can do whatever PA wants. They make their own rules

Yeah I got through the first time with a 15 bottle, tried to go back for another for a friend and it said the order was processed, but I never got a confirm and was never charged. It was a mess.

My wife and I both got one and they canceled one because obviously two married people can't have their own stuff. She was going to give it to her parents, but PA doesn't care.

I had someone offer me 10 bottles of Atrial for my one bottle of PVW 15. I wish I had taken it, to be honest. It's good, but it's not THAT good.

There are a lot of bottles being raffled so chances look better for this one than for the btac raffle. I've had lot b before and it was tasty, but I can't imagine that any of those bottles can live up to the hype

Was at Roundabout Saturday. Had their cookie tour milkstout w/ coconut on nitro and Azacca IPA. I didn't get much in terms of coconut from the cookie tour, but it was smooth and creamy. I really enjoyed the Azacca as well. Sampled the I hate Wheat Beer which was a sour wheat w/ brett. More sour than funk.

THE GOOD WOOD FEST IS BACK!

I had a lot of fun at this last year. Arguably the best beer festival in Pittsburgh. Hope they don't run out of food this time.

It looks like SA Rebel Raw is starting to hit (the one SA beer I actually really want to try) and it seems Pittsburgh is getting the bone. Shocking, I know...

Seems only major markets like Philly and Chicago are getting it.

You can tell I'm getting to be a fuddy-duddy when I'm happier about these than, I dunno, BCBS.

Another fellow BA'er and I have been talking recently about how the beer grind is getting tiresome. Having a great local bottle shop aka MD Shadyside which has just about every different beer style I could ever want, makes it so I am excited when I see something new but am not losing sleep over missing out on a release.

The days of going to a bottle release are starting to become a thing of the past for me. If I show up at a later time and a brewery has a cool release still in stock, cool i'll grab some but waiting in line or showing up at 4am is getting away from what I enjoy about beer. If I miss out, so be it, there are 100's of other great beers lining shelves as we speak that I can take home and enjoy without the hassle.

So I guess you can say that I am a fellow fuddy-duddy!

Translation: I've been doing this enough to have sick contacts and, as a result, people just give me all of the awesome stuff.

I have a few randoms I'd love to share with some of you guys (edit: You's Guys aka Boners) if we get a chance before Xmas. Anyone have any bottle share ideas?

These are a few of the ones I've been holding on to so that others could try:
Vivant - Tart Side Of The Barrel (barrel aged Tart side of the Moon)
Bruery Terreux - Collab Series - Confession
    Hoppin Frog - Boris #100
    Saugatuck - Barrel Aged Neapolitan

Have zero connections myself, but agree about stalking releases. If I were any combination of: younger or independently wealthy or single, maybe (not suggesting that this is everyone's criteria, just admitting it's mine).
