@NOTpipeworks FYI, Binny's LP is overcharging on BA Hyper Dog, End of Days, and Final Act.

 

Out of curiosity, what are they going for?

 

It's possible they made an error. Did you try calling the store, or asking someone there in person before blasting out to the internet?

I purchased there, and was NOT over charged. I paid the prices listed above.

 

For those of you buying at LP Binny's, are you FwB's? I was under the impression that they are still only letting FwB's purchase them at this point.

I'm not sure. This is just what the Lincoln Park Binnys said. Grand said check back Tuesday or Thursday.

 

Meaning there will be a line at the door at 9 am on both days, assuming they don't get these in tomorrow.

 

I'm liking that statement only because I "unlike" the situation so much. I had a bottle of BA Jones Dog at the LP Binny's bar over the summer and loved it...not sure I'll be able to actually get one at retail this time.

Binnys lakeview still has hyper dog and end of days. $16.99 each. So they are a dollar more than what pipeworks posted. Didn't even bother arguing over a dollar

Nonsense. With beers like $25 BA Hunter & $25 BA Bob the Barelywine getting scooped up, I don't think being overcharged on a BA beer is even possible

 

Clybourns new BA wheatwine is $40 and will be gone faster than these I'm sure, so I guess you're right.

Interesting - I called around 4:45 and they said they were all gone. I'm sure they were close to being gone anyway, so I doubt I could've gotten there in time.

 

Calm down man. This thread historically has been an open line of communication between us and the beer drinking public. If someone is gouging then that is calling them out. However, in this instance we're just being made aware of a mistake so we can contact Binnys and fix it in their system. And we welcome anyone to let us know when there is a mistake or gouging going on. Binnys is definitely NOT gouging. There was a communication error between us and them. No ill intent by either party. Thank you Mishuggah for bringing it to our attention or else it would have continued unchecked.

 

I stopped after work and they told me they ran out around four also.
