Glad to see double the amount of Bourbrum over last year, should still be plenty of regular to go around even if everyone buys the limit.

 

Does anyone know if they still had some left when they closed it down last year and that was what was available the next few days? There is nothing that says they release every case they produce on Saturday, the numbers may be release numbers and not production numbers. They could hold back some pallets to sell to locals after the party. I know this is doubtful, just sayin it would be a very cool thing for them to do.

Also, you can start lining up at 7:00am for a 6:00pm wrist band? There may be people who actually do this?

 

Yes and yes. I wouldn't be at all surprised if people start lining up at 07:00am on Friday.

Last year a buddy of mine was able to buy two cases on the Monday or Tuesday (whatever day they started selling the extra in the General Store) after the party, don't recall how much they had leftover though.

 

They have never done this as far as I am aware, when it's gone it's usually gone...except for whatever they are holding for next year

Agreed but someone was there at noon Friday for a sheet that was handed out 6am Sat and the weather wasn't nearly as good as it will be this year

 

Fully anticipate that people will be lined up in the morning at the start time. I went last year and got there around 3AM and was somewhere around 550th in line.

Visiting family in Saginaw and was going to stop by on the way home Sunday, but questioning whether or not any will be left. Might have to stop in Friday to get a ticket and a wristband and just come back on Saturday for the pickup.

Would also expect there to be a higher turnout than last year with the way beer releases have been and especially given the weather expectations, last year was unbelievably cold...this year, not so much.

 

Are they open on Sunday after the party, or do they open back up on Monday? Was going to go Sunday morning to try and get some ptf... Thanks.

 

There's really no "Surprise" release this year like the BourbRum (which wasn't as good as reg BBPt5 IMO), so I honestly don't see any reason to get there Friday morning.

And yes, i know I'm a FIB, and i'm not saying this to "throw people off". If anyone sees me there Friday at 07:00 (or anywhere near 07:00), i give you full permission to kick me in the dick... @MSEGUIN you can be #1 if that's the case

Is bottle sharing allowed in line now that's it's during the day? Is that against the law?

 

Completely fine as long as your within the beer garden. And that area is huge. Just don't take any open beers into the parking lot area and you'll be fine.

So we'll see what happens. If I get there Saturday I expect to be pretty far down the list, so I might as well get there later. No sense in getting there at 11, when people will be there early friday and get numbers, only to wait all day (yes at a party, but all day) to pickup.

would love if people would keep a running count on when they get there and what number they are, just to help everyone out and try to estimate some pickup times. If they are already 500+ at 11 am saturday ... fml.

 

Twice as much plead as 2013, so still a ton. Last year was an anomaly in regards to quantity.

I think that's what they did last year. They probably give people a day to pick up their order if they didn't on Saturday. Then if any is left over they sell it on Monday.
