    Curious to hear the feedback from those who have had Cloudbusting out of the can AND on tap and differences between the two. I had a can last night and the overarching flavor profile was dry to semi sweet white wine and subtle sweet, fruity, sangria on the finish. Tonight I had it on tap and got much more sweet sangria than I did white wine. One key caveat: On tap I had it side by side with Echoplex, which was more tart than sweet, possibly explaining the relative difference. Thoughts? Similar experiences? Am I nuts?

    My biggest takeaway is that the glass I had on tap felt much less carbonated than when I had it out of the can. I'm not sure what that was about, but it resulted in the beer tasting, or at least seeming to taste, sweeter. I also had it side by side with Echoplex (which was great!), so I'm not sure how that impacted it.

    Had Cloudbusting on tap, and I definitely got a lot of white sangria.

    I see Maple BADN is slated to make an appearance at EBF. @Grimm_Artisanal_Ales will we see bottles/draft in the city before the festival?

    We're looking to rack it from the barrels and bottle it in late january, so it all depends on shipping and distribution and timing... I suppose EBF will be one of the first places it turns up if not the first.

    yes! it's the super going/super symmetry base grist, upping the salt a smidge, with spruce tips and chinook for a blizzard of conifers! should be the ultimate wintertime gose. The name is Super Spruce.

    The IPA (Lumen) we're brewing tomorrow is going to be ridiculous: mosaic+citra+equinox+el dorado.

    Finally opened up the new 2015 Double Neg. I'm getting a little more coffee in this year's than last year. So creamy and chocolately. @SRBush1974 sorry to make you drool even more :wink:

    Still got 2 bottles of DN from 2014. Will def be opening one for the Jets game on Saturday.

    I remember when it was easy to get Grimm beers.
