Yeah same issue. I think they're pretty far behind. I sen tan email to the society email on sunday, and still no response. Trying to be understanding about their end of season slam.

From the web site when you click on a bottle to purchase:

"Please note that due to a high volume of shipments taking place we are experiencing longer than normal waits for GSO and FSO shipments."

Yeah that one isn't hard to miss. BTY I put my order in before they added that to the website.

Maybe GSO cannot keep up.. Ive seen GSO drivers in little personal cars transporting wine in their trunk in the middle of summer. They tend not to be very professional at least in my part of the woods. That being said, I do live in the middle of no where in Yosemite. I wish the Bruery used UPS.

My experience has been pretty good with GSO.

I usually get my beer in about a day after it ships from the Bruery.

They are always freindly and professional.

Of course, I'm always in a pretty good mode when I get a shipment from the Bruery so that may have something to do with it.

GSO has always been quick for me but I did see the lady that delivered my package in what looked like her personal vehicle. I guess it doesn't matter to me, still get everything at the most 2 days

EDIT: Also, having Black House Black Tuesday for the first time right now I n tasting room and WOW!! Please bottle this!

I'm nearby you in the middle of now where near Yosemite.. The guy who delivers my stuff via GSO has always driven what looks to be his personal vehicle.. I'm guessing they get mileage etc..

I like to try the beer before I go full allocation. With a long wait time to get the beer, it almost makes that impossible. I know people leave reviews about beers but everyone is different. I need to try the beer myself. There was also a long wait for me to get my beers last month in which they had a shorter purchase time for allocations.
Its just beer right? No one really says "its just money".

GSO is always personal vehicles or rented trucks. I couldn't care less. My beer makes it like 400 miles in 18 hours for dirt cheap compared to FedEx and UPS

Golden State delivers overnight which is a plus, but i believe they are second rate. You get what you pay for. I have never had any issues with Bruery delivered items as their packaging is bomb proof. On the other hand i have had a number of items broken from The Rare Barrel and a winery or two. They will accept any form of packaging which i think is a problem. Also they are pretty small compared to Fedex and UPS.

I was wondering the same thing, though I did get a response from the Bruery (Hoarder perk maybe):
