I wish. That is probably my favorite IPA from those guys and they make a lot of good ones.

I thought I read somewhere that they will only be canning their single hop IPA's.

Maybe we can convince them otherwise :-)

Hahaha I would love it if they canned that bad boy!

I imagine it's probably harder for them to make Juicy Banger in the same quantities as single hop. My guess is they probably use more hops in it. If not, they should immediately switch to only canning Juicy Banger haha... It would be the top selling beer in every Denver liquor store

No plans to can Juicy Banger at this point due to hop supply concerns. It's heavy on Citra and Mosaic, and those hops are hard to source at economically viable prices in the quantities necessary to make Juicy Banger year-round.

Yes, we make Single Hop Citra and will be making Single Hop Mosaic, but those are seasonal cans and they can come and go based on hop sourcing.

If you want Juicy Banger, best to get some in the taproom!

When are you making Nelson IPA again? Please don't post here, send me a personal message so I can drink it all before these hooligans get wind of it

Anyone seen New Belgium Citradelic? My buddy in Cali has gotten it but can't find it anywhere. Curious to try it. Made with Citra hops, tangerines and also has galaxy hops.

Sounds awesome. We haven't seen it yet, anywhere. Very strange that California would have some already. Did he like it?

Why would they ruin a Citra and Galaxy(!) beer with fruit?!

I bought a mixed 12 pack that had two in it. It's not bad but when you can drink comrade's, cannonball creek's, and station 26's ipas it's pretty meh and unexciting.

Sorry couldn't edit last post on my phone. Didn't want to come of as a douche bag (Arrogantb) just was wanting to know if citradelic was around my buddy thought it was really good

It helps me honestly. Comparisons are a lot easier for me to understand than 'quaffable with hints of 3 day old donunts mixed with Jackson county slightly unripened peaches

I finally had Superfan 4.0! I did it side by side with 3.0.

4.0 was way more hazy, way more juicy and more silky smooth than 3.0. It was TOTALLY a NE style! That being said, not sure if I like the flavor of 4 better though.

I seriously can't believe how on-style Superfan has grown up to be. It stared as a nice try on the NE style, but holy shit, 4.0 could easily be mistaken as something made by Trillium.

I'm still so lost as to how you guys are comparing any of the Codename: Superfan beers to anything made by Trillium / Tree House. I've had all four versions. They're all good beers. But they are not even close to being on the same level IPA wise, just, no where even close.... obviously in my opinion.... of course that's what's so great about beer and beer knurds I suppose...

I am not claiming them to be better than the best of them, but I think they fit right in with some of the lesser offerings from those guys (which are still great).

I disagree. I think it's awesome beer, but it doesn't hold a candle to anything Trill or Tree House, in my opinion. I will never, ever turn one down though. It's delicious!

Side note, I was speaking with the brewers and I learned that the Hop Troll series will continue. Yay!

Snagged some at Argonaut tonight. It's decent. Nice citra hop aroma and flavor, super dry finish. Sorry to compare, but with the fruit addition, it reminds me of modus mandarina, which I thought was just okay. Nothing like citrusinensis.

Also, Argonaut posted that they're the only ones who will have it starting 1/9. Not sure if that means they're the first, or the only... https://www.facebook.com/argonautli...999071793963/1000055350054994/?type=3&theater
