What beer are you drinking now? #1192

Following up the lunch beer goodness with a stellar post work beer:

 

The ABV is higher than most wine I drink. My kind of beer! I see it is a dogfish head brew so I am going to keep an eye out for it.

Planned on saving this one for a little while, but I wanted to open something special to celebrate an unexpected promotion. Cheers!

Good evening BA's! Well, I missed yet another NBS this week. What could be worse than getting called in to work (twice!) on my on-call weekend? Getting called in on Championship Sunday, of course. It wasn't a total waste, however. I managed to catch snippets of both games, and I did make it home in time for the X-Files. Now while I wait for Ep. 2, it seems like a good time to crack a Schlitz. Why? Because... why not?

Had my fair share of Schlitz as well as Schaafer (sp?) Ballantine, and others brewed in the northeast. I have not had this one in awhile.

 

My first Mikkeller beer and it's pretty good, but pricey. I didn't drink anything yesterday because of a physical this morning, so I'll probably have a few tonight.

Told my doctor today I was falling to pieces today when he asked how I was doing, he told me I shouldn't tell him that until after he signed off my physical.

 

Time for round two!!

 

Hmmm, let's make a beer like Green but more Green. How about extra Green? Nah, Double Green? Hmmm, Green Green? Dark Green?

Possibly the most well know Wisconsin beer in a Hawkeye glass. Felt a bit weird pouring this one!

 

The Burial did not taste right. I have had many of those and that one seemed oddly bitter with no coconut. I hope I had a bad can and that the others I have are ok.

Oh well, this hoppy beast will wash it away.
