I was just there on Sunday and they had about a case on the shelf. Limit one per person.

 

Hopslam? Anywhere in OC yet?

 

RE: Pineapple Sculpin, the guys at Select Beer Store said it's not getting up to L.A. at all (on this run). Anyone else hear the same?

 

has there been any confirmation that hopslam is coming to OC/LA area this year? from an interview on fullpint earlier in 2015

"Hopslam will make its way to all states we currently distribute to including southern California (but only in Imperial and San Diego counties this year)."

Watermelon Dorado maybe? Seems like most shops are getting Pineapple Sculpin/Mango Even Keel, but the Watermelon Dorado may be more "limited"

 

Are these fruited Ballast Point beers good like Grapefruit Sculpin, or over the top sweet more like how I would imagine their craft canned cocktails to be?

 

Honestly, don't bother. It's not particularly wonderful fresh and near the source. I know it's a big hype IPA so there's likely no way I can convince you, but so many of the IPAs around here are better.

 

Pineapple is delicious.

 

Pineapple Sculpin looks like it's hit TW in Laguna Hills and Bradley's in Tustin

 

I was a day too early. Was there yesterday looking for that's stuff.

 

Saw a few bottles of Udder Love at WF Tustin of all places. And not hidden in the back! While not the most rare of finds I was surprised and hope that Tustin keeps getting Beachwood stuff

 

Yep those were there on Friday too. Beachwoooood!

 

I'm just intrigued by the fact they canned it this year. It's definitely over hyped but it'd make me feel like I'm back home in the Midwest...
