I really like superfan and the direction ODD13 is going with their IPA. Nice job fellas!!! Keeep on tweaking that recipe gentlemen. I'd love to see ODD13 put Colorado on the map of states with great hoppy ales and I think you are the closest right now. I think everyone is looking to see who can top TH and Trillium among others. Wouldn't it be awesome if it was a Colorado brewery.

Station 26 is doing some good things too.

I can't wait for the day I don't even bother trying to trade for NE style hoppy ales because I have them in my own backyard.

Thanks to the breweries who are accommodating the fans of NE style hoppy ales.

So I just arrived in Breckenridge. The plan was to stop at Applejack and load up on beer on our way out. Talked with a manager and he told me they had Superfan in stock, I was excited to give this a try and see how this beer compares with all the East Coast stuff that I'm always drinking.

Come to find out they closed at 6:00.... What are the odds of finding Superfan here in Breck? Was also hoping to find some Nelson, Duet and maybe that unfiltered Stone Enjoy by. Any help would be appreciated! And if you just so happen to be in Breck I have some Treehouse and Hoof Hearted cans I can share :grinning:

You're also probably better off. The only Superfan they had on the shelves was 1.0. No idea where it came from as I've seen them have 2.0 and 3.0.

Bummer on AJ being closed. Lol, if this had been 10 years ago, you would have found that all liquor stores were closed on Sundays.

OMW to Breck... lol. But in all seriousness the City Liquors (next to City Market) in Breck is actually pretty decent and the prices are reasonable too. Be sure and check out Broken Compass and Dillon Dam while you are in the area. PM me if you have any questions ... I go up to Breck a decent amount.

Also Base Camp wine and spirits in Frisco is 15-20 minute drive away and they MAY have some Casey beers available for purchase, I would call them and ask.

They had a bunch of Wet Hop Low End at Basecamp when I stopped in last weekend. Probably still there.

I guess this is kind of a side-track but Wet-hopped Low End is delish.

I finally got to try 4 Noses Bout Damn Time this weekend. I got a growler, and man, what an awesome IPA! It's hop forward, similar to Superpower with sweeter malt to it. I was really impressed. I'll be filling many more growlers of this beer. Great job 4 Noses!

Finally got to try some Superfan yesterday. I enjoyed it. Very tropical and I like the texture. While a little hazy, it's far from chunky or turbid.

Having 5.0 for the first time tonight. First of all... delicious. I think if this beer had a different name on it, people would be going nuts (no offense).

Glad to hear the carbonation is getting increased as I do feel it's just a touch flat. And increasing the dry hop is only going to improve things.

Love following the evolution of this beer. Thank you for your transparency in the process; it makes the beer even more enjoyable!

Jessup Farm Barrel House's Freight Hopper is really tasty. Galaxy and Citra. One of my new favorites and I'm going to crush a growler of it tonight.

My friends and I all LOVED Superfan 5.0 while we were visiting Colorado. Put aside a 6 pack to take it back home to Miami but it got crushed. Oh well. Luckily I've got a buddy living in Denver. I foresee some Superfan shipments coming my way.
