Yeah, Or Xata is one you drink fresh because everything that makes it good falls off a cliff badly over time. It doesn't mean it's infected, it just means you folks need to remember what you should and shouldn't age.

To be fair, there's a chance it was infected but yeah. I'm with you all.

    Because Bruery.

I'm not a cicerone or claim to have a well refined palate, but I really don't think this wasn't just oxidation. Like I previously mentioned; this reminded me a lot of the infected batch of Mash and Grind. Whatever caused it- it wasn't good.

To be more specific for those asking, if the anniversary party is like years past, it is 12-5 with entry at 12 for hoarders (they can get in earlier but beer starts at 12) and then 1 for RS. Beer stops at 4 but event stays open till five so you can sober up a bit.

When is the party (Month wise?) or is there already a date specified ?

I have so many questions.... Do the people who come with the HS members get to get in an hour early as well? What should I expect in terms of beers (how many, how rare/awesome is the lineup)? Are there limits (beyond human ones) to how many I can try? Do any of the beers tap out before RS is let in? Thanks for any insights.

Oh, I know. I was just asking because I won't be able to pick up my beer until August, and if it drops off into a boring mess then there would be no reason for me to put any orders in.

Yes, the HS and RS tickets are different. The brewery and beer lineup is always very, very impressive. There are zero limits to what you want to try, you can drink yourself into a drunken stupor and get thrown out if you feel like it. The very special/rare beers usually tap at certain times (like Cinnamon Roast Crunch at 2:30pm) so you're in no danger of missing anything in the one HS hour, except Patrick and Matt walk around with bottles to pour.

They also have food trucks and an included lunch, last year it was Beachwood BBQ and it was pretty good. Last year it was also hot outside, so the risk of dehydration is high, I drank so much water.

How much do these types of beers generally run for 32oz fills? $20-25?

Why not both? Day 1, get sans. Night 1, drink sans. Day 2, get oude tart. Night 2 drink oude tart. Day 3 (assuming it lasts), flip coin to decide. Obey the coin. Night 3, drink in honor of the almighty coin.

That's actually how I had to decide my last MT fill since I completely forgot my second growler at home.
