If I were to head into Manhattan today, where would be the best place to find a growler of lumen?

A restaurant in Manhattan called Marta (Marta 29 E 29th St, New York, NY 10016, United States) has multiple Grimm beers on tap including Lumen as well as Other Half Oat Overdose and Gun Hill Anti-Imperialist.

Yea, plus the food is delicious. Highly recommended. Beers can be pricey though, and it can also be tough to get a reservation, but you can probably eat/drink at the bar.

They have some of the best pizza in the city, which probably by default makes it some of the best pizza in the world. Marta is legit.

Off topic but - I think the best pizza in the world is in Japan (and I am a native NYer!) I didn't believe it, didn't want to believe it but I was really amazed.

Even better than the pizza at Roberta's, Paulie Gee's, Emily, or Juliana's??!!

I would say - when you go to visit Japan (and you should b/c it is the hottest craft beer scene outside the states) definetly hit up some pizza places. They might have perfected the craft.

    PS - only had Roberta's once so I can't give a firm opinion but I wasn't impressed.
(ok back to the Grimm thread)

I do want to add that I'm talking about Naples style pizza not Roman or New Haven style with the really thin almost cracker crust. I think a few Japanese guys have won competitions in Naples.

As for thin style - Co. in West Chelsea is a nice place, started by Sullivan St. bakery.

if you like super thin crust you should try to get into the Margot's popup at Emily, for Kuban's bar pizza. I went this past Saturday and it was incredible.

Di Fara square pie with semi dried cherry tomatoes and garlic is still the best pizza in the city, though.

Wondering if the batch size for Lambo Door is the same as Cloud Busting? Also is the distro the same?
