Almanac coming to Wisconsin

I'm going to guess yes. Looking at breakthru beverage's website they have locations in Hartland, Madison, Green Bay, and Eau Claire.

They'll put Paradox to shame.

 

They aren't "bad" beers, but they are quickly made, mostly kettle soured and don't have the depth of Almanac beers. Of course, you could say the same thing about Almanac compared to Cascade or Russian River. I feel like Paradox rushed the market across the Midwest to get here first with entry-level sours. They're a touch expensive, but it should allow people to not be shocked by the Almanac pricing. Almanac will be a step up, ultimately.

 

Pricing in IL is very fair compared to others down here including Paradox, which tends to cost more.

 

I have yet to purchase a bottle. Flavors are just too out there for me.

 

When I see a Paradox bottle, I buy a 4pk of Destihl. God, I can't wait for Almanac.

 

Gotta agree on this. I've had a couple, but most of them are just too weird.

 

Glad I won't have to stock up in Chicago now.
