Most expensive? The three bottles of Bourbon County Stout I picked up this past November for $10.99 each.

(Looking at the numbers I'm seeing in this thread, it seems like I'm probably closer to the low end price-wise even if I add those three together... XD)

Theres a few stores around with several of these, and I just cant manage to pull the trigger- I feel like I could buy two awesome barrel aged stouts for the price of one of these. I 'm sure thery're good, but $30 + is pretty steep.

Only paid $20 as I'm a lot nearer Belgium!

...but I'm yet to open it. Was it worth it?

I would say once yes, Biere de Champagne is pleasant and special, but I would say after you've had it, even at a 20$ price point your money could be spent better. So yeah it was, but I wouldnt need to buy it a second time. Once you've had it I doubt you'll return to it.

I'm fairly confident it was BCS this year for $20-$30 each, I have forgotten.

$17 and change for Morimoto/Rogue Imperial Pilsner just the other day. Most of the cost was for the bottle than the beer itself no doubt. Also the price on the shelf was wrong so I didn't realize what I was about to pay.

Actually I once payed $18 for a beer I was to trade later on.

50 Euro for 3F Zenne Y Frontera at Moeder Lambic. Split between 4 people, it was completely worth it

Not counting bar bottles....kinda outside the realm. Probably Bourbonic Plague for $38 or 40 or something. Found out later the bottle shop just buys them online and marks them up. But whatever, it was worth it at the time.

$25 for BA Darkness. It was really good, but I'm not going to make a habit of spending that on a bottle of beer.

Flora Cuvee... I think with fees it was about $50/bottle, and I bought two. At a bar, I paid $70 for Framboos.
