Heath Miller loved that beer. He drank a keg of it on a flight to California once. California, Pennsylvania.

Not sure if we're officially selling the barrel room collection snifters, but the others have been available consistently since we opened (and still are). I finally pulled the trigger on buying a teku last week. Damn good looking glass.

maybe I'm the only idiot who doesn't hand wash his glassware, but don't put that thing in your dishwasher if you want it to stay that good looking... :slight_frown:

Best not to wash it at all so that it gets seasoned

Thanks. I don't know why I forgot about the glassware always being available. I think I'm going senile.

Kid friendly lunch recs in Lawrenceville? Thinking about hitting up Roundabout tomorrow for the DIPA. Typically go to Industry but feel like something different.

$14 per 4 pack. It looked like there was probably a couple cases worth out. It was on the shelves with the rest of the Weyerbacher stuff on the PA shelf.

I'd be worried about my kids catching something if they went to Neid's

I've never actually had their fish sandwich...legit?

Hah, that's funny, but if you want a true Pittsburgh experience, neid's is the spot. I personally think their fish sandwich sucks, but lots of people like it. The rest of their stuff is decent, especially the fried clams. I don't think anyone in the city can touch Piper's fish though.

I know that seemingly every restaurant, church, and bar claims they have the best fish and that their fish sandwich was voted #1 by (insert random name here), especially around Lent, but hands down the best fried fish I've had in Pittsburgh is from a true dive bar called Bobby's Lounge. It's on Route 51 down the street from the GetGo in Brentwood. If you, or anyone is ever out this way I highly suggest trying their fish.

Only problem is the best beer they have on their menu is Budweiser.
