Small Bottle Shares - Boston Area

Jordan, I was trying to host something in the same timeframe and got crickets. So I think we're probably a go.

 

Jared, it would be the 27th/28th. And Ben that seems to be the case.

 

Jordan, you and me and the bottle makes three. Did you post this on the FB northshore bottle share page? Are you on there?

I'm in North Andover. Would totally be down, but gonna be tied up with (post)Christmas stuff this weekend. As someone else mentioned, definitely throw it out to the North Shore Bottle Share group on FB. A few of us are doing a small stout/porter share tomorrow afternoon in Wakefield.

Out of town for the holidays, but I'd be interested in sharing some bottles later this month or next. Glad to see this thread resurface!

This one didn't. I would love a regular one to get going at some point. I'm not aware of one sadly.

 

So im going to try to revive this.. I'd love to get a good group to share great beer as in most of my friends aren't really into craft beer like I am. Im in Waltham and could host some people but I'm willing to drive as well. Looking to gauge interest here so message me or post here if interested. Cheers.

 

I tried getting one going a few times. Just tough to find a place or host. I'm in Framingham so anything metrowest area is ideal. Traveling a good distance after sampling some high octane beers but not be the best move. If you get anything going consider me in

 

I hear you... I will keep watching the thread...I know its tough to find a place to go so I feel at someones place may be the best option. I've never done a bottle share but I figure If I hosted and started in afternoon with pacing people should be good to drive later on.

 

I know I had a few Metro west people interested a few months back, Ill see if I can get back in touch. There was a place in Ashland that BYOB at one point

 

yeah a byob place would be great.

 

For those closer to Boston there are BYOB places in Brookline; Clayroom, a thai restaurant (don't remember the name), and Knight Moves come to mind. If the group is a manageable size meeting at one of those place could be doable.

 

Color me interested...I'm in Brighton and have been woefully unaware of BYOB spots around my neck of the woods.

 

I believe you're thinking of Dok Bua on Harvard Street. Would call to verify though.
