I lied, as this was the 2nd bottling. Lucid was first.

Haha, of course. I knew about Lucid. Just didn't realize they had done a bottling run in the new facility. Was it something that only the first couple hundred people received?

So, I get an unexpected text message a few days ago from my trading buddy @aubzachsyd with a FedEx tracking number and a simple "Enjoy!".

Box lands today, I open it up and find this:

As much as I loved the label, my curiosity prevailed.....revealing this:

And this is why I love BA.

Forget the negative posts, sleazebag bad traders, and shitting on people's drinking choices. It's about going out of your way to make someone's day while expecting nothing in return. Advocacy at its finest.

+100 Beer Karma to Donovan. Cheers my friend!

--> Anyone know the bottling dates?

The spot for it on the box was blank, and none of the bottles have any sign of a date - not even that tiny white Julian dating they use (I can figure it out, I just can't read it :stuck_out_tongue: - but these bottles don't even have that).

This put an even bigger smile on my face...
I put this right there with my other two faves, Zombie Dust and Lizard King...

Here's to beer in the fridge - cheers... :sunglasses:

What a great box of beer, tempted to call out sick tomorrow and just enjoy these beers. Thanks @FriedSlug for yet another outstanding box. To quote my wife "I wish you loved me as much as you love Friedslug's boxes of beer".

Happy with this pickup today. Will probably put 75% of the stouts and porters in the basement for future consumption. The Half Acres and Pipeworks were all canned in past few weeks. Gonna be a good weekend.
