    They are brewing some of their stuff at Night Shift, and I think a new facility is in the works. At least that is what I read a while ago.

    Looks like they list a location in Malden for spring 2016 on their website!

    If you look at the Bios, they show a guy named Ben Howe, he was (I'm pretty sure he's left for Europe) the brewer for Enlightenment/Idle Hands but is no longer there. Interesting that he's featured on their website given that it's updated. Maybe they sent him for more training or something.

    Trolling for Coeds is a little game I developed as I walk dogs. I used to take care of a real sweet black lab, named Rasputin after the beer. So, as you walk through campus, if a girl smiles at the dog, that's a nibble. If they stop to pet him, that's a bite. If you chat for a minute, that's a hit. If you talk for a few minutes, that's a catch & release. And, if you get a number (or,given my age, their Mom's number) , that's a keeper.

    It's funny seeing the different results with different dogs. WWU has good Asian Studies program, and gets a lot of Asian students on campus. My "nephew" is a 125lb mix of 3 different Mastiffs, and Rottweiller. I was walking him through campus one day, and we came across a group of Asian girls just chattering away at a million miles an hour, I couldn't understand a word, but when they saw Gunner, they all made the universal Squeeee!!! noise that teenage girls have an innate gift for, and just rushed the dude. He was so swarmed with cute chicks I couldn't even see him! Lucky Bastard.

    Oh, uh beer. I usually take along a can or two of beer and drink while I'm walking the dogs. Yeah, this whole post is beer-related.

    My target has some beers listed as For Trade. Of those beers, there are 4 variants of a beer (and brewery) that I've never had. 2 of those variants involve my favorite fruit.

    Wow I'm surprised that Night Shift was a let down. I really like the Harborside Gose done with oysters. But of course I could live on Oysters. And well there Whirlpool APA is my go to in that style when I can get it. As far as Enlightenment/ Idle Hands they were forced to move but the updates I have seen is that they are in the process of opening in a new location. I think it was said that Night Shift let them brew a few beers at there brewery.

    Whirlpool is a favorite of mine too. I got up to Kelsen today for the BA Vendel. Wow is it good!

    I'm hoping there will be some left for opening tomorrow as I won't have time to hit Portsmouth Brewery for the Royal Impy Release tomorrow but Kelsen is close enough for that to be do able for me. I've got 30lbs of corned beef to cook tomorrow and 20+ coming for dinner tomorrow night. My annual St. Patricks Day party.

    Well Monday I have off, and I'm transitioning to days for a couple of them, so I've got nothing better to do than enjoy this early spring sunshine appreciating my favourite mountain and drinking beer. Friday I work, but I'm back on nights by then, so I'll be sure to secure the box before I leave for the night!! Pretty damn excited....
