I understand that this isn't in the spirit of the thread, but anything strong works for me. That Aventinus Eisbock lasted me all the way though Once Upon a Time In The West.

One of the great comedies of the 1977's "Slapshot" pairs well with Stroh's. The movie made me want to drink Stroh's.
The Walking Dead with "The Walking Dead Blood Orange IPA" from Terrapin
Watch the "Alamo" with a case of "Lonestar"
or watch "Gettysburg" with a ton of either "Dixie" or "Lincoln Lager" depending on your preference.

Or "Falstaff" with the film Lone Star.

I would respectfully disagree and vote The Running Man as the best Schwarzenegger drunk movie. That is a brilliant piece of cinema with a 0.15 alcohol level.

I love that movie. If you look at it from my perspective, Commando is one of the great comedies of the 80's.

The plot strait off IMDB: A retired elite Black Ops Commando launches a one man war against a group of South American criminals who have kidnapped his daughter to blackmail him into starting a revolution and getting an exiled dictator back into power.

I hope there are others that bring them into the Imax Movie theater!!

In that case, its usually two tall boys of Ninja v Unicorn and a 12oz bottle of some high gravity stout, like a bells 30th or a bcs if someone else is driving

Never thought about pairing with a movie, at home or at the theater. Although the above beers seeing Star Wars was freaking fantastic (except having to visit the WC)

The Hobbit Trilogy with an old ale. I would go with Founders Curmudgeon

Brains Bitter (from Cardiff, Wales) and Hannibal. That movie creeps me out just thinking about it!
