    FYI - they are bottling a fresh / new batch of Big Whig on Wednesday ... also just kegged a fresh batch of I Love It yesterday

    omg more I love it?!!!

    I must be doing something right.

    I picked up beachwoods thrill seeker and alpines hop boxed, both pretty good. however, all I could think about while drinking them was when noble is doing their next release haha

    Their anniversary party was awesome. I loved the format although it seemed like 99% of the attendees bought the early arrival tickets, thus there was no benefit. Nelson Yum Yum please

    Looks like the unpossible did the possible. Tapped out at the brewery. But looks like it's still on at BWSB along with a few other goodies.

    Yep thanks, she's 11 now and still rules. On a beer related note, I did get fills of Citra Showers and I Love It both which were spot on. Success Shun was pretty damn tasty too. I had hit Bottle Logic before, and will say Noble Hops >> Bottle Logic Hops IMO. Outside of Ground State (which was fantastic), BL was kind of a let down although they do have a nice space.

    Oh without a doubt! I think 99.9% of peeps will agree that Noble is far superior to Bottle Logic in terms of hops. IMO, Noble is just about up there with Beachwood hops for best hops lineup (not just one brew) in SoCal (maybe even entire CA ... along with Cellarmaker).

    Interesting... I haven't really had much, if any, of Beachwood yet so I'm definitely going to seek out their next few IPA bottle releases.

    had my first beachwood the other day, it was good. nothing I would wait in line or go out of my way for

    I think the only reason people talk about modern times is bc they are one of the few sd breweries that can as of now. thus have been able to get out of state

    And you're not going to have many people agreeing with you on Modern Times. They are great.

    That's good. People should stop lining up for beer altogether. Doesn't mean Beachwood isn't making some great beer.

    Agreed on Modern Times hoppies ... Latest Booming Rollers is unreal ... I dig El Segundo and recommend them, but for me their overall hop portfolio is a notch below the aforementioned.
