New to Ohio (2016)

Tangerine Enjoy By is showing up in Cincinnati this week.

 

Opened one of these last night, was a little too boozy tasting for me considering its only 9.4%. Wasn't bad by any means but I prefer regular Enjoy By.

 

This is not new to Ohio but a pretty good cause and chance to win some solid beers started by a dude form Ohio...

Twenty two bottles of Oro left at Grain and Grape.

Not exactly sure. I asked the guy he said "no" but kinda freaked out when I grabbed 4 bottles. He went to ask his boss(?) and she said they it was ok for me to buy the 4. I guessed the guy was new or had just screwed up with his answer so I ended up buying just two.

 

Coffee DinoSmores hit the Cleveland area along with Evil Twin/Westbrook Mini Growler Imperial Stout. Anyone had this before? Was new to me.

 

The Dino smores never see the coffee one, the Westbrook we got around the area a month or more ago it was solid worth a try once

 

Drank the Coffee DinoSmores last night. Wasn't crazy about it (nor was I crazy about DinoSmores), but my wife was a fan. I'd rather drink S'More Money, S'More Problems from Pipeworks

 

If any of you spot a Brunch Weasel around the Cbus area please let me know. Trying to find one for a coworker but Beermenus failed me yesterday.

Midnight Moonlight Black IPA won Bronze.. and Nutsmasher won Bronze in the "Specialty Beer" category..

 

Never saw any places post that they had Coffee Dinosmores. Funny, first beer I've ever seen in a 2-pack! I'll probably give the Mini Growler a try just because I like Westbrook and Evil Twin. Heard a cool story behind the name/idea for the beer. I'll say I wasn't blown away by Dinosmores when I had it, but I don't tend to like sweeter beers. Cheers guys!

 

I do not believe it was posted anywhere. Some places on the east side got it in. I opted not to try Mini Growler but I do like both of those breweries quite a bit.

 

Just a little update appears some bottles are better than others on my second 4 pack 2 of the bottles were really solid not as good as backwoods but still really good flavors aren't muted and no oxidation I wonder if there is a way to tell which batch is which if more of them tasted like these I'd definitely buy more

New to Ohio, every beer being purchased is now nit picked by the local experts who are apparently just too lazy to use their expertise to brew flawless beer for the masses themselves.
