Second this. Trying to figure out the closest place to TC metro to get this stuff, but I've had no luck aside from being told to drive down to Iowa.

Thomas liquor store had a Fulton tasting yesterday and opened a bottle of sosus as well. I personally preferred Fulton 300, sosus had a softer texture and finish though. But if you want a mosaic bomb, 300 wins.

    I wish/hope Fulton starts canning 300.

Top 10 in Cottage Grove has several January Abrasive in the cooler. Looking for Waldo if anyone has a heads up on that, it would be appreciated.

Thanks man! Seems someone is trying to corner the market, most of the small places I haunt seem to have been cleared out in the last week or so.

Was that canned in the beginning of January? I'm forgetting.

Long shot, probably, but has anyone seen any Fulton Patience around? I could have sworn I saw it at a shop recently but I can't for the life of me remember which one.

Hey brother, I have one left in the fridge if you need it. You know where to find me.

I love Patience & have no idea why it doesn't get more love. One of the best non-BA barleywines in the country.

This is a Twin Cities bottle hunt thread, Peavs, not a St. Cloud one.

Thanks, buddy! I like it, too, but the one I'm searching for is for a barleywine aficionado that's yet to try it. I'm hoping in the future they bring it out in 4 packs like they did with War & Peace - they'd make great extras to spread the word about a great, underrated beer. Thanks for the help, guys!

We are closer to the cities than we are to St Cloud... I think.

Dang I wish that Abrasive would stick around in Cottage Grove about another month I would clean it out! I love Abrasive so much more than Todd. Abrasive has some carbonation even at about 5 months old and fresh Todd seems flat. I won't get up to the cities till June though if there is any Abrasive still hiding I will try to find it!

Now that SD, ND, and Nebraska get Surly, I feel like someone should start a weirdly specific "It gets better campaign" that encompasses how long Surly hangs on to fresh IPAs to make sure they sell.

I feel like someone should start a thread that is IPAs are more than a day old anymore they are crap! Drinking Abrasive from November and it still tastes just fine! Hell it has carb at least fresh Todd is flat as crap!

Send the "old" IPAs to SD we will drink them!

PS keep the Xtra Citra in MN it really is one of the few Surly beers that shouldn't have been brewed!

I am sure Surly loves the fact that someone will still drink there 6 month old Abrasive.
I never bought a 4 pk of said beer with the expectation of it being "just fine" though.
I am glad you like it.
