Beachwood hits on all cylinders - house beers, guest beers, food, service and atmosphere. They are the gold standard for brewpubs and deserve the recognition and accolades. Now please do not visit because it's already too crowded.

PS - cannot wait until they open in HB!

Did they say if there was a limit. I'd be happy with getting two, but one would do.

Tovarish and 8 buffalo were 6 limit, so I'd say that'd be a safe bet on the limit sizes.

I'm still blown away by the fact that they've won Best Brewpub (different sizes) at GABF and now Best Large Brewpub at the fucking WORLD Beer Cup (among many other medals and accolades), and still nobody trades for their shit

not that I'd trade System of a Stout anyway but still...

pfft, i ain't giving my away my system of a stouts anyway.

I think that's why the world beer cup award doesn't really shock me. It's common knowledge that it's that awesome anyway.

Shit man, I just want some regular MM without having to take a fucking vacation day and be waiting in line 2 hours before they open. Still haven't had it.

Dude, same here. Maybe one day they'll do online sales. Almost took the day off to secure a 2015 BT yesterday. Then I got the email...I'm not a smart man.

At least at the end of the day there is always a reason to get fried pickles.

SoaS is one of my favorite BW beers. Their iPA's are world class (IMO), but System is where it's at for me. They keep winning all these awards and really nothing for their IPA's. I think Julian knows that there are so many outstanding IPA's out there for competitions that he doesn't care. And they are only getting bigger & better....sooner than later.

    too early.

I don't know why folks keep on bumping it up and getting their earlier and earlier. These releases used to be fairly chill.

True that I dont even attempt the seal beach line any more for the bigger stuff. Used to be so easy, walk in grab a bite and get your bottles.

Now adays, you should definitely be in line more than an hour before they open. Probably ~2 hours ahead

It don't feel like no whale unless you've been in line, cut to the front, drank your guppies waiting in line with your neckbros and then bragged about it on fbook and igram. :sunglasses:
