New to Ohio (2016)

And it didn't fly off shelves which is nice being able to grab a 4 pack I have a few aging to see.how they do in 6 months.anyone else excited for devil dancer coming out near the end of the month? And Mr mean hitting stores here in the Dayton area starting Monday

 

I haven't found a lot of coffee brews that benefit from aging.

I don't know if I'd say any beer benefits from aging, but it's interesting to see how the flavors change/develop through aging. I received a 3-4 yr old bottle of Founders Breakfast Stout as an extra in a trade and I was surprised by how much I liked it. Sure it wasn't as coffee forward, but the chocolate was still very present.

Agreed. Brown ales have always been a style I have not enjoyed, but I thought this was fantastic. I've already gone through a four pack.

 

@Spider889 Just wanted to confirm the Canis release. Limit 2PP of regular and 6PP for Canis? Any idea on the bottle yield for this release?

Good. Not as expensive as WR.

Did they change the recipe? I did not like it last time. WAY too sweet for me.

 

Mr. Mean or WR?

Mr. Mean I didnt find to be overly sweet, although I'm not super hoppy bitter IPA guy. Appreciate more balanced varieties.

 

Mr. Mean. It was way too sweet for me. I love balanced pale ales and some IPAs, but "balanced" DIPAs come off as sickly sweet to me.

 

Any info yo guys can give me on the upcoming direwolf release such as what time does the line start forming and do I buy tickets ahead of time or do they hand them out in line?

I didn't really care for Mr Mean all that much either. Too malty.

 

Having a Mr mean now reminds me of hop juju minus the bitterness
