Twin Cities Bottle Hunt - 2016 Edition

May have been one of the worst beers I had last year. Save your $

 

I thought it was good example of a gose... To each their own I guess

 

Based upon my 5 month earlier join time, I obviously have a more refined palate

 

Still have a few at Thomas if you ask

Great, what am I going to do with my Bruery reserve society membership now?

It will be nice to see some of their more affordable distributed beers on the shelf.

 

G-Will in Lino Lakes has single cans of Jammer available.

 

I have found googling the beer seems to help.

 

Complain like everyone else on the HS/RS forum about the bottles that are available to PS and national distribution (TOD with vanilla and cherries).

 

I do enjoy reading that thread. It doesn't quite make up for the loss of the entertainment with commenting removed in the trading forum, but it is something.

 

Loved the couple of days of growler complaining of the 2016 growler only. Reminds me of the issues we have in MN filling up a growler with a brewery only rules. Now only if a MN brewery filled my membership growler.

 

At Nova - Zeelander (1 case limit / $9 each), Sol Hunter (6 bottle limit / $9 each). They had plenty as of 1:30pm today.

 

Snagged a B.A Avery Vanilla Bean Stout today bottle date April 2016.. Im a happy camper now..

Mendota Liquor Barrel.. Stopped by the shop after Teresa's and was shocked to see it..

 

It's been a little bit, but last time I was at Haskells in Minnetonka by Ridgedale they had a number of the Avery vanilla bean stouts left.

 

Blue Max put out on Twitter that they got in Sam Adams Rebel Raw. On the Sam Adams website it says "Locations Coming Soon" regarding Minnesota distribution... anyone see it somewhere besides Blue Max?

 

Apple Valley has it too.
