Latitude 42 mayan sunrise

American Stout Brewed with 6 different Malts, Oats, Lactose for a silky mouthfeel and horizon hops to complement the earthy, spicy, undertones of the ale. We used 100% Mexican Chocolate, Guajillo and Ancho Chili’s in the boil along with cinnamon and habaneros in the conditioning tank for a cold soak to top all off with 6 gallons of espresso beans.

Started out with my alternator in my trusty Toyota going out while driving to my office earlier - not fun - I do not recommend driving a "power assisted" steering vehicle when the battery is not charging

Then - on-going computer issues

Need beer - stat

This new one works for me!

Cracked open a big one because I'm in a shitty mood.

 

Well guys the brewery that I'm drinking from now announced yesterday that they were going to slowly sell ownership to employees so that they have an exit strategy when its time to retire and they stay independent! Stopped in just a couple hours later and everyones moods seemed up! This is Beau's farm table IPA. Cheers. Not my favorite IPA as it is very piney and leafy but not bad. (I prefer juicy by a long shot!) Cheers!
