Quite the first period in Pittsburgh right now, very entertaining. Enjoying a "Judge Roy Bean" from Fairhope Brewing. Cheers!

 

Tonight:

 

Been traveling a lot today,need a beer bad, this doesn't stand a chance. Be back soon.

 

After a number of hop-centric beers I thought a change was needed. I wish it meant a Maduro brown ale. But alas, it is no longer available in my area.

 

Started with a can of Tree House Haze, followed by a bit of Backacre Batch #7, and now I've got a can of Von Trapp's new IPL. It's not bad. The other two beers, however, were fantastic.

That is pretty cool! Gonna get up that way at some point and check out some area brews (and of course, Max's).

I've been looking forward to trying 1516 for weeks now but it's proven elusive. I'm glad I kept looking for it. I enjoy Zwickels and this one is very, very good. Looking forward to the weekend. Cheers, all!

So jealous of all the Sixpoint Puff posts. Someday I won't have to drive for hours to get Sixpoint brews. Until then I will drink this amazing Belgian dark that was put in the bottle May '15. Damn I love Belgian beers.

I love the big 16 oz cans. It's the only way I drink Oberon from now on

Took tomorrow off so I can go to New Glarus and grab some R&D Vintage '15, so I'm enjoying some fine brews tonight. First was:

Half-Acre Beer Hates Astronauts IPA (it's almost week old since bottling... thanks @kdawgmoney)


Followed by:

Wicked Weed - Pernicious IPA (also almost a week old since bottling... picked up by a friend at Wicked Weed).


Further followed by...

Toppling Goliath - Galaxy Dry Hopped PseudoSue (picked this up last Friday at Toppling Goliath)


...

All awesome... just awesome.
