Does anyone know if they fill blank growlers or covered up growlers?

No. Only branded growlers for now.

I went a couple of weeks ago and they filled a blank. They apparently just started.

I was sitting next to the owner when I saw this post....branded growlers only. But its always best to call and ask personally. Don't take word from people on forums if you want a direct answer about a specific brewery.

We were out of branded growlers a few weeks ago, during this time we filled blanks. Growlers are now back in stock, and we are back to filling branded growlers.

Ok - didn't mean to spew (mis)information, but when I was there the guy told me that they just started filling blanks, so I thought it was a permanent thing going forward. According to the post above, though, it sounds like it was temporary. Since the law apparently allows breweries to fill blanks, not sure why this policy isn't permanent, but I am sure there's a good explanation.

So I was looking at my bottles earlier and noticed only Agria de la Casa is the only bottle to have a batch number on it. Does that mean everything else is a one off?

The new DIPA is amazing. There's also going to be a bottle release coming up this month.

Oh oops yeah, the sour stuff, not the DIPA.

suuuuuuuuuuuuuuper bummed that the bottle email went to my spam folder and extra bottles of Zarzamora were sold out by the time I found out about them. That was my favorite beer yet. Wish we could get some advance notice on these first come sales to give everyone a chance :slight_frown:

They posted about it yesterday in the Casa Bottle Club Members group on Facebook.

It wasn't started by CASA, therefore it was never announced.

Thanks for the feedback. Casa Agria does not have an official facebook member group. I do participate in 2 separate facebook member groups from time to time. I will talk to the moderators of those groups and see if its possible to create one group that I will moderate. This may help in adding a layer of communication and an opportunity for members to socialize with one another. We will announce this via an email blast when the member group goes live. I will look at ways to provide more advance notification for Second chance sales. My fear of announcing the 2nd chance sale too far ahead of time, is we will have too many members trying to access the web store at once, and it will fail. I will get with our hosting site to run some stress tests to make sure it is capable of handling.

Have a safe and happy holiday!

Just had a chance to look at the email and went in to buy some zarsa and found it sold out. Next time it would be great if they limit to 1 per if they don't have enough for members. The email didn't mention anything about a small amount and needing to rush to the site. Especially if it was posted somewhere else ahead of time.
