Didn't people line up for hours for a $25 small bottle of some barrel aged beer with figs? I'll wait in for a small amount of time but multiple hours isn't my jam.

This picture is hilarious, but I will say that I've never seen anyone remotely resembling this person in line for a .rar whalez release. People love to say it's the "hipsters" taking over craft beer, but hipsters are much more concerned with "authenticity" these days, so they're much more apt to be drinking PBR or Schlitz (both of which, I enjoy) than waiting in line for a hazy IPA. Let's say there is a hipster spectrum, 1 being John Boehner (least hipster) and 10 being Jim Jarmusch (most hipster), I'd say craft beer geeks (the kind that wait in line and bring mules) skew more towards Boehner, like maybe a 4 on the hipster scale? But, hey, that's just, like, my opinion, man.

 

Can't keep up with internet hate. Can't make it to get cans either... but I've got nothing but love for Noble. Cellarmaker isn't bad either. It's no wonder why there's some hype. One four pack is cool. The price isn't crazy. Go Noble Go!

Arrived at 1pm ... Guessing about 200 in line ... this WILL be a major shit show if line cutters arrive as the line wraps around a few buildings & tons of blind spots for these fucks to jump in ... we'll see how Noble and their clever hashtags handle the situation

 

Parking is a bitch too .... Hopefully Russian soccer fans show up and beat the shit out of any line cutting fucks ... Wristbands at this point would be nice

Going to let the storm clear out a bit before stopping by, looks like only way to avoid mass lines and potential shit shows is silent releases or online sales. Hoping to grab a pack but if I miss out life goes on.

 

Probably miss the cans... the beer available on draft I presume?
