I'd gladly pay the $20 "Dank You" price for 4-pack 16oz cans of the Showers series. That's still cheaper than they currently charge for their bombers. The 16oz can format would be superior in every way.

4packs of the Showers series would be perfect.

I know this is a pipe dream but... Showers variety 4-pk cans! Citra, Nelson, Mosaic, and Galaxy.

    That's a $30 four pack.

I know we're speaking about a hypothetical variety 4pk but Id pay $30 in 4pk cans than doing a growler fill. But yeah come on Noble, lets not go higher than $20 a 4pk.

I remember when a 4-pack of imp stout like Ten Fidy was considered expensive at $15-$16. These new IPA prices are out of control.

Still cheaper than a $7 bomber. Plus it's in cans!

As much as I want to buy the bombers, I've been staying away due to limited funds. BTW, where do your bombers for $7? They're more like $9 wherever I find them in LA.

Yes....$9 for all of their specialty bombers (Showers, Love It, etc.).
Yes....pricey. So I still buy them but less these days because we have so many more to choose these days.

You're right, bombers at Noble are $9. I wasn't clear. I meant to point out that a $20 4-pack is the equivalent of a 22oz bomber for $6.87 (less than $7). Nobody would complain about a bomber of Showers for $6.87, but some people are complaining about $20 4-packs of quality, comparable IPAs. The $9 per bomber equivalent in 16oz cans would be over $26 per 4pack. I just find it odd that only a few people complain about $9 bombers, yet people would lose their shit if they charged $26 for a 4-pack.

    I know, I know, I'm beating a dead horse here, but...math!

Not really. $20 was obviously underpriced considering the line and sold out in a few hours.

Had my first 2 cans last night and I really hope they brew it again themselves (name it "friends"). I'll gladly pay $20 for the 4pk.

If you're looking at it strictly from the laws of economics, sure, it's underpriced. I'm sure you can raise the price up to close to $30 a 4-pack (Noble's per ounce pricing on the shower series comes close to that) and it'll still sell out. The question is whether or not you think that's a reasonable price to pay for an item that traditionally costs much less. There's something unsettling when the cost of these goods increase at a rate that doesn't keep pace with salaries and what not.

This makes sense to those of us that still view bee as a basic product for consumption. Practically a worldwide staple food that's been around for thousands of years. Unfortunately it's viewed more and more as a commodity these days. But anyway, that's another topic altogether...

I had Dank (both reg & Ardi) at BWSB yesterday. I preferred the Dank reg. Ardi was good but nothing awesome. Would I buy a 4 pack cans for 20? Yes. Standing line for hours? No! I rather hop on the MetroLink for $10 and ride an hour to Oceanside and hit up Bagby.

Way too many lousy Boston fans in here right now, need some backup.

Cinnamon roast crunch, east cost juicy iPA and ales for ALS iPA on tap. Get after it.

Curious about the relative dearth of Showers bottles recently . . . it seems like last year and the year before we were seeing them all the time, like every other month or so (?) Or have I not been looking in the right places?

They didn't bottle Vic Secret Showers, which I think was the last variation. I don't think they've bottled a non-Galaxy version of showers for a while.
