Latest Pipeworks Releases and Updates (2018)

Didn't see a sign about limit. I just picked up 2 Basslets, 1 Coffee Abduction and 1 4pack of Little Citra, so there could be a limit.

But there was a lot left.

 

Anyone try the Coffee Abduction yet?

I got two this go-around. One to drink and one to save... we'll see how it compares in a year.

Thoughts on Good Fiend? I only have one of those so I need to find a good time to drink it!

 

Couldn't tell ya. When I tasted murderous I immediately traded GF for another bottle of murderous.

 

I had GF at the Emporium event a few weeks ago. My friend and I both thought it was not great, I didn't even end up finishing it.

 

That's a massive bummer. It seems to be doing pretty well on Untappd. Currently at 4.23/5.

Had Fairy Baslett last night. Real good but another pineapple beer where the flavor of the pineapple is almost undetectable. Oh well, it was still super tasty. Grabbed a 4 pack of Lil' Citra. Gonna crack one tonight. Had the test batch in January and loved it. Looking forward to trying it out of the can.

Finally nabbed a Fairy Basslet and Coffee Break Abduction. Both will be my consumed during the holiday weekend! Cheers all. Also, Lil Citra is drinking fantastic. Hard to top LK, but this one is tasty!

 

So I just got a bottle of Emerald Grouper, along with Coffee Abduction and Fairy Basslet. My best friend won't be around for about 3 weeks. So do I let a world class beer like Emerald Grouper sit around for 3 weeks to share it, or do I drink it while it's really fresh? Never had it before, and don't know if I'll be lucky enough to ever score another fresh one. Will it lose anything noticeable in 3 weeks?

 

3 weeks isn't going to make a huge difference in taste IMO..

Drink the Emerald solo (for a DIPA it goes down easy), share the Basslet with a friend.
