I think I do see that though it's been a while since I had Cuddlebug. I do think it tastes really similar to Filmishmish which is a good thing.

Just curious, what do people tend to trade their bottles for?

The only bottles I have ever traded away were Mocha Wednesday because I don't like how ths coffee falls off and I knew I could score a few Deal With The Devils 1:1, and that beer was a huge want for me. Everything else has stayed on my shelves or in my gut. Trading in general for me has usually been nothing but a hassle so I rarely bother. Plus, why let go of stuff I spent a grip to get in the first place?

Correct, but it's not the same beer that Melange 15 was going to be (the winning beer in the "clean" blending competition). We made that change due to there being a lot of confusion on which Melange beer is which, so we decided for the Hoarders blending winning beers could be their own series, hopefully reducing confusion in the future.

I apologize for this confusing name change, but rest assured Melange #15 (which is the winner of our staff competition) isn't part of your membership, but 2016 Hoarders Cuvee (both versions) will be.

    Thanks,
    Patrick

Had a 2015 Confession last night. Was pretty good with the riesling finish, but had a strong sulfur and matchbox flavor at the beginning. Anyone else experience this flavor?

Been stored at 65-75F room temperature.

Sounds like Scoop. Kinda wish people would stop mixing in the anniversary ale though. I'm sure it'd be much better if it was just BT lol.

It will be great when a bottle that actually says hoarders trickles down to reserve.

I'm not sold, when I hear raspberries I can't stop thinking of Deschutes adding pomegranate to everything and it being terrible. This might be a subjective/polarizing flavor like Orange and Chocolate flavor.

When discussing the beer with a buddy, I asked him what the worst fruit is he can think of to pair with Chocolate, Bourbon, Vanilla, and BT... Raspberries was the 2nd fruit he named. I'm in that boat as well. Hoping it tastes better than it sounds!

Think the only thing I can think of that would be better is cherry or strawberry. Raspberry and Chocolate is a common dessert pairing

I'll add Peaches or Blueberries to the list. I personally do not like Chocolate and Raspberry pairing, and find it to be divisive flavor, like chocolate and orange. Also I can't get:

out of my head when I think about this beer. I didnt care for either, but I'm open to this breaking the norm. Maybe I'm one of the weird ones, like ppl who hate cilantro, with this favor combo.
