    Would Binnys be my best bet to snag some PDubs cans real quick. I need to grab a couple mixed cases of NvsU, Lizard King, Lil Citra, prob something else. Also need Surly cans for a friend.

    I'll only have time to snag beers early Saturday and Monday. Was thinking South Loop Binnys would be cool. And if there was some Sure Bet still hanging around that'd be cool too.

    Yes, but Binnys South Loop didn't have a big selection of Pipeworks last time I was there. Binnys Lincoln park will have a bigger selection and be your best bet for a sure bet on Saturday. (@croush has previously mentioned that the fish series - yes I know sure bet isn't a fish series, but it seems comparable in popularity - sits there for a few days) They should have Surly there as well.

    What part of town will you be staying in/visiting? Binny's will most certainly have the standard can releases. Not sure about the Sure Bet, but you might find it hanging around. There seems to be more of the 'special' releases these days which is nice.

    Also, if you're not aware, keep your eyes out for Todd the Axeman from Surly. Incredible beer with year 'round distribution now.

    @FBarber is correct - go to LP Binny's! They should have Sure Bet this Saturday - the fish series (or equivalent production, as Sure Bet seems to be) last for at least a week there.

    Not sure if you'll find fresher at all in Chicagoland. Although Surly has gotten better since last summer, still nothing fresher than about 3 weeks on each drop of Todd this year. Besides, Todd holds up pretty well.

    I found it at Woodale Foremost Liquors, limit of 1. Prestige Liquors in Westmont and Ardmore in Villa Park had it but were sold out by the time I called. So I got 1 for me at least :slight_smile:

    Yeah time to hit a couple stores by work at lunch today. I know Beer Cellar got yesterday, but it was gone in 2 hours.
