    Toasted nut was really disappointing IMO. I was so looking forward to drinking it too.

    I really enjoyed the bottle I had when it was first released. I've had a couple more since then, and the other batches have all been a letdown.

    The adjuncts were very subtle and barely there at all.

    Grungeist was pretty damn solid. I will be picking up a couple more bottles when I have the chance.

    Uh oh, that't not what I want to hear. I missed it last time around so my hopes are still high.

    I had Odd Sides' Hazel's Nuts (back when it was Ahhh Nuts) awhile ago and it still stands out as one of my favorites. Until I can make it over to MI I need a replacement nutty stout.

    The coconut almond is better than any batch of toasty we ever tried before in my opinion, and so far the early reception from the weekend seems to be pretty good, so take that for what you will. we have better equipment, ingredients, skills now so it's not a stretch I think.

    Good to hear. I thought the first batch a few years ago was excellent, but thought the following batches had more muted coconut.

    I'm in the same boat. I picked up a dragonet and a four pack of Cumulus "for the weekend" but I'm just lying to myself.

    Did I miss something or has Lizard King never been planned as a year round brew? Noticed in the most recent newsletter that it wasn't included in the "year round" section. Plenty of other incredible beers from PW so not a big deal. Gonna miss it if it goes dark for a bit though.

    Likely an oversight by PW/inadvertent ommission. LK is definitely year round. Agree that if it goes dark so does my mood

    Got a Mandarin. Love the shoutout, you guys rock at Pipeworks.

    Random thought while I was driving back from Binny's, potential fish beer flavoring should be Hawaiian POG (Passion Fruit, Orange, Guava) and maybe use the Parrot Fish as the name/label.

    Is it right to assume we will see the other 16oz cans 3 or 4 batches a year? Although it seems close encounter may be getting the axe...?
