Can't seem to find it on their site, but how long do they hold your bottles? Do they store them until the end of your membership like Rare Barrel or is there a shorter window?

They are very accommodating. Ryan who is an owner chimes in on here a lot to clear up any concerns or questions. Best route is to always call or email them. They are very responsive and try to accommodate anyone when they can.

Oh my poor wallet. I joined this one too! I'm excited about it as well. I'm very curious about their IPAs in addition to their sours/farmhouse ales.

Today we present to you, #westernglow an #ipa brewed with oats and wheat then dry hopped to the max with Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe, and Columbus. Aroma is a dance of weed smoke, citrus, and tropical fruit. Flavor is soft and full of stone fruit with a hint of resin, very crushable for a 7.5% abv. Tasting room opens at 2pm today so set your eyes to the west for pints and growler fills at CASA! Don't forget tomorrow is also the release of #guayabadeoro our Berliner style sour beer conditioned on guava!

    had me at "weed smoke"

From CASA - looking forward to this:

We have been receiving a lot of questions regarding canning our IPA's. A soon to be announced 2017 membership perk. We are going to start canning our IPA's. Our current time frame is dec/Jan first release. With a goal of releasing a new can each month. We have 2 new 15bbl fermenters arriving tomorrow. Which will be dedicated to clean beer production.

As a 2017 member you will have first right of access to pre-ordering IPA cans. The only new requirement for pick up will be ...that you or your trustee will be required to pick up presale IPA cans within 9 days of the release. If not picked up, they will be forfeited back to CASA. We will not be shipping cans via GSO to members or trustees. This helps to ensure these cans are consumed as fresh as possible.

Ooh, I'm actually excited for the can designs. Hopefully it isn't too much of a shitshow for public sales though.
